Sailor Healing Heart
Basic Stats
Name: Freya Eir-Verdandi, "Magic Healing Destiny"
Ethnicity: Norwegian
Age: 17

AND NOW, the qualifications for the contest. I did my best to make all these work together cohesively and nothing look too awkward. ^~
1. A Throwing Weapon- in her left hand, you see her bolas, with are used to throw and trap an opponent. Not necessarily an aggressive weapon, but rather a detaining one.
2. Something Neon Pink- obviously in her color scheme. I based it off neon pink and added complimentary colors, with the purple being one of the references to Sailor Astera.
3. The Letter H- in her name, even with alliteration. ^_^
4. Something Related to Cats- Freya is the name of a Norse Goddess of magic & love. In Norse Mythology, it is said she drives a chariot pulled by two large cats as she goes off to do her magic. She was named after this goddess, and follows suit.
5. Something that has Three Layers- her back bows. Yay fluffy!!
6. A Wing (just one)- Her barrette that pulls her hair back is a wing.
7. 1950's Pop Culture- around her arms are four small hula hoops, which were invented in the 1950s. She can take these off and throw them as well.
8. Two Colors in Her Hair- black & purple. Also symbolic of Sailor Astera.
9. Something Related to Food- her bolas are shaped like cherries, her favorite fruit. ^_^
10. Something Related to Astera- (please note: this part was the hardest for me, because I hate trodding on a universe someone else has already created for themselves, so bear with me.)
The second time Astera was healed, the tiniest piece of her starseed broke off and flew across the globe, finding a young girl in Eastern Europe to rest on. It knew that Astera might need help again one day, and gave this girl the girl of transformation, with one purpose; to find Astera and heal her, whenever she is needed.

Haa, that is so awesome! I love her fuku, and that hair is just awesome! The winged heart hair-clip thingy looks so cute! She's an adorable senshi! :3
On a side-note, if she's Norwegian her name should probably be Frøya.
Then again, she doesn't exactly have the most standard of name anyway, so I don't think it really matters! 
I'm a bit confused on where you got some parts of her name translation from, though? Verdandi (or Verdande) is indeed something close to destiny, but I thought Freya meant lady/mistress and Eir meant grace?
